Our FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food training offers the opportunity to achieve two certificates in one course: SCS HACCP for Processors & the official FSPCA Certificate which meets the requirements for a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).
Completion of this 2-day (16 hour) class meets regulatory and GFSI (including SQF) requirements for HACCP Training. An optional course examination is also available. An IHA HACCP certificate is awarded.

Module quizzes reinforce your knowledge and retention of the material, and may be retaken to improve your score. The final exam is based on module quizzes and satisfies GFSI scheme requirements.
