This 6 hour course is based on ISO 19011 Standard. This course provides key understanding on the procedures for conducting an internal audit for those responsible for verifying food safety systems. This course satisfies the GFSI internal auditor training requirement. This course is recommended for those who are certified or seeking GFSI certification and would like a more in depth understanding of Internal Auditing.
