Managers, supervisors and employees of food manufacturing facilities seeking an understanding of the SQF Code for Manufacturing and how it relates to preventive controls, HACCP and food safety plan development. This course meets the training requirements for SQF consultants.
Recommended Prerequisite(s): Knowledge of GMPs and formal HACCP training
Certificate & Test Option: An SQF Certificate of Completion is awarded to all attendees. An optional online exam may be purchased on the SQF website. An examinee guide and sample questions can be accessed on the SQFI website. SQFI will issue a Certificate of Achievement upon scoring a passing grade.
