The Global Standard for Food Safety is developed by food industry experts from retailers, manufacturers and food service organizations to ensure it is rigorous and detailed, yet easy to understand. BRCGS Certification is designed to verify food products that meet consistent high levels of safety and quality.

This course is designed to deliver a full understanding of the principles and requirements of the standard. Be prepared for your BRCGS certification audit and understand the elements and requirements of the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8.

Prerequisites:

A technical and working knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, and the principles of HACCP.
