PrimusGFS is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized audit scheme for the certification of fresh produce products. Produce growers, packers and processors of fresh-cut produce as well as food safety professionals will benefit when attending this workshop.
Beginning July 17th, both v3.0 and v3.1 standards are available for use. PrimusGFS v3.1 will become the mandatory version for all audits conducted on and after January 16th, 2020.

Primus GFS Standard Training: In this 3-day course. Attendees participate in interactive exercises, gaining practical knowledge of GAPs, GMPs, associated hazards and risks. Learn to establish control measures, set critical limits and monitoring procedures, and document and verify outcomes. The instructor also offers tips on inspection and audit preparation.
