Job Overview
The Executive Coordinator, SCS Brazil plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational activities of SCS Brazil. This position serves as a secondary liaison between the local Brazil team, SCS Global Headquarters, third-party accounting partners, and banking institutions. The Executive Coordinator supports bank account management, ensuring appropriate and compliant use of banking resources, and coordinating payments and other banking-related needs. The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple departments to ensure smooth and compliant operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial & Banking Support

  • Support bank account management ensuring proper usage, documentation, and compliance with internal controls
  • Serve as secondary point of contact with local banks, supporting account management, payments, reconciliations, and operational banking needs
  • Support billing processes, including invoice control, follow-ups, and coordination with Accounts Receivable
  • Track, organize, and support financial documentation required for internal audits and reviews

Accounting & HQ Interface

  • Act as the daily operational bridge between Brazil operations, HQ, and the third-party accounting firm
  • Ensure timely sharing of financial data, documents, and clarifications with HQ and accounting partners
  • Support month-end and year-end processes by coordinating information, reports, and approvals

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and update Salesforce reports related to SCS Brazil activities
  • Support data accuracy, reporting consistency, and timely submission of regional performance insights

Compliance, Documentation & SOPs

  • Manage and maintain regulatory documentation, including INMETRO-related records and certifications
  • Update and maintain Terms & Conditions as needed, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines and local regulations
  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Brazil operations
  • Ensure documentation is organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible

Administrative & Operational Coordination

  • Act as the centralized point of contact for purchase requests from all departments in Brazil
  • Coordinate supplier requests, internal approvals, and documentation flow related to purchasing and operational needs
  • Support general administrative activities required to ensure smooth daily operations across departments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations, or related field. and
  • Experience in administrative, financial, or operations support roles and
  • Experience working with banks, accounting firms, and/or financial controls
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional and international environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from different departments
  • Comfortable working with processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • High level of integrity and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Spanish

Working Remotely
SCS is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This is a home-office based role and may include travel with local, domestic, and/or international trips. Details will be clarified during the recruitment process.

Estimated CLT Monthly Salary
R$6,500 - R$7,600 + Benefits
