"The certification fee is due once per issued certificate, irrespective of the number of scopes covered by certification. It is based on the total annual turnover in Euro (€) of the registered legal entity. The total turnover includes turnover of sustainable and nonsustainable material." from ISCC Fee Structure guidance. See Annex A for additional resources.

*Disclosure of annual turnover is optional, however if you choose not to disclose this information, you will be charged that of the highest fee scale where the total annual turnover ≥ €1 billion / year.

Important: If you choose ‘Not willing to disclose at present’, the highest fee scale will automatically apply. This may result in certificate fees exceeding €3,200 per certificate, effective 1 January 2026.

Important: This selection requires disclosure of the total annual revenue for all material (certified and non‑certified) associated with this certified site.

List of types of Operations / Scopes to be audited: (Non-exhaustive/Subject to updates)

Central Office (Group of FA) or (Group of PO) - acts as a central hub for managing and certifying a group of individual producers or points of origin

Collecting Point - Aggregator of UCO or other waste materials

Dependent Collecting Point - an operation that collects waste and residues materials on behalf of a certified Collecting Point without alteration of the materials

ETBE Plant - Ethyl tert-butyl Ether plant

Farm / Plantation - an operation where certified materials from the agricultural & forestry residues supply chains are created

Final Product Refinement - activities shall not substantially modify the certified material or product

First Gathering Point - A facility that collects crops, crop residues, forest biomass or forestry residues from farms/plantations

Limited Risk Distributor - an entity that buys goods and markets them to customers where distribution arrangement significantly limits risks

Logistic Center - a network organizer of warehouses

MTBE Plant - Methyl tertiary butyl ester plant

Point of Origin - an operation where certified materials from waste & processing residues, as well as renewable non-biological supply chains are created

Processing Unit - A facility that processes certified materials, typically from a collecting point, first gathering point, trader or point of origin. i.e.) Biofuel Facility, Grain or Oil mill (any facility that involves chemical changes to an input)

Trader - A facility that buys & sells certified materials between components of the supply chain without handling the material directly

Trader with Storage - A facility that buys & sells certified materials between components of the supply chain that also temporarily stores the materials

Warehouse and Storage Facilities - An external facility where certified materials are stored (can be a tank or a physical warehouse)
