SierraPine Completes Panel Health Product Declaration
SierraPine is pleased to announce completion of Health Product Declaration™ (The HPD™) for its particleboard and MDF specialty products. SierraPine worked closely with SCS Global Services, a trusted leader in third-party certification, to accurately disclose and publicly declare the contents of the SierraPine products.
SierraPine becomes the first manufacturer of Particleboard and MDF in North America to complete The HPD with SCS Global Services ensuring transparent chemical ingredient reporting. The HPD provides a clear and open format to communicate the contents of products and how they relate to human health and the environment. The HPD information enables downstream users of SierraPine products to make informed decisions about the products they choose to use.
