Client Usage

If you have undergone certification, verification or validation by SCS, you are entitled to use the marks and labels approved by SCS for the respective program under which you have been evaluated.

Upon certification, verification or validation, you will receive an SCS Language and Label Guide, which provides detailed guidance in the use of SCS marks and labels in the context of the program under which you have been assessed.

Fraudulent Certificates/Claims

Although it is rare, occasionally it is brought to our attention that companies have falsely represented their products or company as being certified by SCS Global Services. The companies listed below fall into this category and this information is provided to assist you in making informed choices.

Service Marks and Trademarks

Specific terms of use for all SCS Global Services service marks and trademarks by entitled companies or entities that have had claims certified, verified or validated by SCS are covered under the SCS Professional Services Agreement and the program-specific SCS Labeling and Language Guide.
