Course Description: Risk-based prevention relevant to your warehousing and distribution activities. The training highlights GMP requirements and other essential prerequisite programs, as well as applicable FSMA regulations.

  • Food Safety Hazards – biological, chemical, physical hazards overview, factors that impact growth of biological hazards, & control measures
  • Good Manufacturing Practices: personnel, plant and grounds, sanitary operations and sanitary facilities and controls, equipment, and production and process controls.
  • Preventive Controls for Human Foods, contrasted with HACCP
  • Sanitary Transport Rule
  • Intentional Adulteration Rule

Delivery format: One day live training (public or onsite at client’s facility) or 2 day webinar with interactive exercises and discussion, led by qualified Preventive Controls approved lead trainer.
