FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) - Part 2 Live Training

Have confidence that your Food Safety Plan complies with FSMA's Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) rule. This Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) workshop is designed as the second part of a blended workshop.

  • Develop a food safety plan based on a step-by-step analysis of a model product and process

Who Should Attend:

Managers, supervisors and employees of food facilities seeking more knowledge about FSMA's Preventive Control Rule; those interested in becoming a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual and assuming the responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining a facility Food Safety Plan; companies exporting to the U.S.; food brokers; food safety auditors and consultants.


Before enrolling in this Part 2 live classroom training, attendees must have completed the FSPCA Self-Paced Online course. Once you have completed the FSPCA course, you have up to six months to complete the instructor-led Part 2.

Classroom Training

This 8-hour training may be completed up to six months after completing the FSPCA Self-Paced Online course. Upon completion of the FSPCA course, you will receive an enrollment ticket and completion email to present to your Part 2 instructor. Be sure your email address is accurate and used consistently for both parts of the blended course.
