Sanitary Transport Requirements, for FSMA

Course Description: Risk-based prevention relevant to your vehicles, equipment, and shipping operations in relation to the FSMA Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food Rule, which requires compliance as of April 5, 2016 for certain operations. Key requirements by operation type, waivers, exemptions, and required records will be discussed, as well as the importance of carrier contracts and training requirements.
