Crisis Management – Product Recall

Meet the requirements of the FSMA Preventive Controls Rule for a documented Recall Plan.

This 1-day scenario based interactive course engages participants and assists in understand the components of an effective Recall Plan. Case studies are used to determine the “who, what, when and how” for implementing recall procedures and methods for carrying out these procedures.

Participation in this course provides your team with the tools to:

  • Assess your readiness to manage a crisis situation
  • Further develop and improve your current recall plan
  • Define roles and responsibilities with partners (suppliers, vendors, various agencies)
  • Take appropriate and timely steps to handle emergency situations due to intentional or unintentional issues
